Introduction:
1.About the sample : How could I get a sample?
We provide paid samples for the customers to sound out the potential market. We have to receive your payment for samples as well as the shipping charges and then send samples to you. We will reduce the cost of sample when your frist time order. but if you are our old customer ,we can send the sample to you first and debit your account in the next transaction.
2. About shipment for sample?
We will add the express charge on the invoice of sample. If you have effective account of DHL, FedEx , UPS, TNT , We will send the sample at the freight collect by you.
3 . About pricelist?
please tell us the products, quantity you are interested in, then we will offer the price by e-mail or by Fax.
4. About order shipment ?
Generally we will ship the products by air freight to your nearest airport. If the quantity is large, we may ship by ocean container or according to your request.
5. About payment ?
We only accept T/T payment in advance.Paying 30% deposit in advanced, and then paying the balance 70% before deliverying the goods!
6. About warranty ?
Within 12 months , can be repaired by us without any cost ;Within 24 months , can be repaired by us with cost of component . We may replace unqualified products with qualified ones on following order after receiving buyer''s unqualified products.
7.After Sales Service?
With the business principle of " Customer first service formost ", we provide convenient and prompt aftersales service. All our products are guaranteed for one and a half years. Exchanging is available for any problem within 3 month, and free repair is available within six months after that.
